Vision Hall is a part of the Town Hall Spaces, it offers a blank canvas for grande events. Its 13-metre-high ceiling, five separate entrances, a spacious performance stage and a mezzanine level, it’s designed to exceed all expectations. This versatile venue is perfect for hosting corporate events, award ceremonies, conferences, exhibitions, product launches, private dinning, banquets, anniversaries, art exhibitions, weddings, gala dinners and brand activations. Whether used independently or combined with Inner Space, Vision Hall will ensure a lasting impression.




Frequently asked questions

Vision Hall can accommodate up to 420 guests seated, 1,100 standing, or 1,350 standing when combined with Inner Space. For weddings, the venue can seat up to 700 guests across three connected spaces (Vision Hall ground floor, mezzanine, and Inner Space), though this requires a flexible budget for the multi-space configuration.

Vision Hall hire ranges from £35,000-£47,000 per day depending on configuration. This includes a dedicated venue manager, head of security for up to 17 hours, 2 AV technicians for up to 8 hours, extensive AV infrastructure with built-in stage and 7x4m LED screen, cloakroom facilities, and pre/post-event cleaning. A £10,000 refundable damage deposit is required.

There is a mandatory food and beverage minimum spend of £15,000-£18,000 depending on the event configuration. Catering is provided exclusively by in-house partner Rhubarb Hospitality Collection, and external catering is not permitted.

The venue is currently unavailable for events until mid-April 2025 due to ongoing construction and refurbishment. Bookings for February and March 2025 are not available, with the next confirmed availability starting from mid-April 2025 onwards.

The venue includes a fully integrated AV solution with built-in stage, 7x4m LED screen, sound system, microphones, projectors, and smart rigging system. Two dedicated AV technicians are included for up to 8 hours per event day, with additional technical support available through partner Pixl Evolution for more complex productions.

Events typically run with strict timing from 7:00pm to 1:00am (last orders 12:30am). Setup access can begin from 7:00am-8:00am on event day. The venue requires advance notice for extended access times, and additional hours may incur extra charges.

The venue does not automatically hold dates during the proposal review process. Due to high demand, especially for popular dates like October 25th, clients must confirm bookings promptly to secure their preferred date, as availability can change quickly.

Vision Hall (800 sqm) can be combined with Inner Space (670 sqm) for larger events. Vision Hall works well for plenary sessions and main events, while Inner Space is ideal for catering, exhibitions, and networking. Combined hire increases capacity to 1,350 standing but requires separate pricing for the multi-space configuration.

The venue accommodates various event types including corporate events, weddings, conferences, and private parties. However, catering must be provided by the in-house team Rhubarb Hospitality Collection. For events requiring substantial backstage space, makeup areas, or specialized production needs, advance discussion is required to ensure suitability.

Payment is required 30 days before the event date. A £10,000 refundable damage deposit is mandatory. The booking process involves initial availability confirmation, proposal review, and site visits can be arranged.
