What are the payment terms and when is final payment due?

A deposit (£300 for most bookings, £1,000 for larger events) secures your booking. Final payments can be made via invoice or on the event night. For larger late-night bookings, card authentication (verification only, not charged) is required seven days prior to your event date.

Are there restrictions on timing and how flexible are the hours?

Menus and pricing may see minor changes, with final menus confirmed one month prior to your event. The venue works flexibly with clients on timing and requirements. If you opt for a cash bar arrangement and reach the minimum spend through bar sales, your deposit is refunded the next day.

If alcohol will be consumed during your production, all participants must be over 18 and present valid ID. Le Bab operates a Check 25 policy across all venues. You must inform the venue at booking if underage participants will attend, as failure to notify may result in event cancellation and deposit forfeiture.

You can arrange a venue viewing with the site manager by contacting the venue directly. They accommodate viewings for potential clients and can arrange visits at flexible times. The venue manager can also send venue videos via WhatsApp (07581787422) if an in-person visit isn't possible.
