For example, 5-hour evening hire (5pm-10pm) costs £1,000 including VAT, while exclusive venue hire from 5pm-11pm is £3,500 including VAT. The venue typically closes from 3pm onwards for event setup, which is factored into the hire cost.

The Dragon's Nest Room can accommodate various group sizes depending on the event format. For children's birthday parties, packages are priced per child with no specific maximum mentioned. For corporate events, quotes have been provided for groups ranging from 25 to 100 people, suggesting flexible capacity arrangements.

Multiple catering partners are available with varying price points. Canababes offers drink packages from £12-£20 per head, canape menus for £8,078.40 (75 people), and bowl food menus for £8,705.40 (75 people). Other catering starts from £2,000 including VAT for canapes and drinks, with comprehensive packages ranging from £6,400 to £15,000 including VAT depending on menu selection and guest count.

Children's birthday parties are offered at set times only: 11am, 1pm, or 2:30pm on weekends. Two birthday packages are available - The Mayfair Chippy Package at £60 per child including VAT, and the VIP Birthday Package at £52 per child including VAT. Both include self-guided museum entry, Zero-Gravity room access, and exclusive use of the Dragon's Nest party room.

AV hire starts from £1,000 including VAT for basic setups. Full DJ packages start from £5,000 including VAT. The venue has an existing stage and can provide microphones, screens/monitors for displaying content, and PA systems. Technical requirements are quoted through their AV partner Perception, with all quotes valid for 14 days.

Several entertainment add-ons are available for children's parties: in-house photographer from £100 per hour, magician from £175 per hour, face painter from £175 per hour, balloon illusionist from £175 per hour, and children's entertainers from £175 per hour. DJ and photobooth packages are also available for corporate events starting from £1,000 including VAT.

The museum typically closes from 3pm onwards for event setup, with client access usually beginning one hour before the event start time. For example, events running 6pm-11pm include client access from 5pm. The venue staff handle professional event coordination and on-site management as part of the hire package.

Due to cross-contamination risks, the venue cannot cater to severe nut, fish, and shellfish allergies for The Mayfair Chippy Package. The VIP Birthday Package cannot accommodate severe nut allergies due to cross-contamination. All catering partners should be consulted about specific dietary requirements and allergen management.

Birthday party packages specifically include self-guided entry to the experience and Zero-Gravity room access.
