Host a refined Christmas party at Gray's Inn - a unique, historic venue in central London. Ideal for corporate events, The Hall accommodate between 70 - 100 guests for a stylish dinner dance, while The Large Pension Room suits festive gatherings of 25 - 60 guests. For larger events, exclusive hire of the full venue accommodates 100 - 170 guests, with space for live music, DJs, photo booth, and branded entertainment. With elegant rooms, flexible layouts, and a prime location, Gray's Inn delivers a standout end-of-year celebration.




Frequently asked questions

The Large Pension Room costs £1,450+VAT for weekdays (8am-5pm) and £1,595+VAT for Sundays. The Bingham Room is £1,350+VAT for full day hire or £675+VAT for half-day (4 hours). Multiple room combinations like Large Pension Room and Benchers Library cost £2,500+VAT for extended hours (9am-9pm). There is usually an extra charge for room use after 5pm.

Two main packages are offered: Package 1 at £55+VAT per person includes tea/coffee/pastries on arrival, mid-morning refreshments, gourmet sandwich lunch with crisps and fruit, and afternoon tea/cake. Package 2 at £75+VAT per person includes breakfast baps on arrival, mid-morning refreshments, fork buffet with 3 main courses/1 salad/1 dessert, and afternoon tea/cake. Both include still/sparkling water throughout.

The Large Pension Room includes screen, lectern and 3 microphones. The Bingham Room is equipped with projector and screen with integrated ceiling speakers, 75-inch CleverTouch TV, and 2 handheld microphones. Basic AV equipment like screens, microphones and lecterns are standard inclusions across event spaces.

The Large Pension Room accommodates 110 maximum in theatre style, 60 for banqueting with round tables, and 50 for banqueting with long tables. The Bingham Room holds 60 in theatre style and 30 in boardroom style. Specific capacity limits vary by room and layout configuration.

100% payment is required six weeks before the event date. Quotes are valid for 30 days from receipt and may be subject to change after this period. Special rates may be available for multiple bookings or charity events (10% charity discount has been applied in some cases).

Venue viewings are available Monday to Friday between 9am-11am and 3pm-5:30pm. You need to contact the venue directly to arrange a viewing and check availability for your preferred date and time. Site visits are encouraged to discuss event details and see the proposed spaces.

Venue hire does not include decorations - these must be arranged separately. You can bring your own cake but will need to sign a disclaimer on arrival. The venue appears to allow external suppliers but specific approval processes and restrictions are not detailed in the available information.
