The venue hire fee is £22,500 + VAT for exclusive use from 10am-1am, which includes in-house sound & lighting package, 2x sound technicians, 1x lighting technician, event manager, venue manager, technical manager, pre/post cleaning, live event cleaner, 2x dressing rooms, green room with shower, medic during live hours, Wi-Fi, and bar staff allowance of £1,000. There's a mandatory £4,500 + VAT bar minimum spend requirement.

KOKO Theatre can accommodate up to 1,500 standing in gig format, up to 1,000 standing for corporate events, and 200-250 seated theatre style on the ground floor with an additional 100 across other floors. The venue includes exclusive use of balconies, roof terrace, Luno Lounge, and dressing rooms.

KOKO Theatre is only available for private hire Sunday through Thursday. Fridays and Saturdays are not available due to live music and electronic programming commitments.

Beyond the £22,500 venue hire and £4,500 bar minimum, expect additional costs for event security (head of security + supervisors), cloakroom attendants, optional £3,200 LED screen + VJ, optional event check-in hosts, optional £400 stage barrier removal, and optional stage stairs. All additional staff costs exclude VAT.

Yes, you can add early access from 8am-10am for £2,000 + VAT, and late access with extended license until 3am (with derig by 10am following day) for £2,000 + VAT. These are optional add-ons to the standard hire period.

KOKO operates on a semi-dry hire basis where beverages must be provided by KOKO from their 5 bars with a £4,500 + VAT minimum spend requirement. Food must be provided by KOKO's approved suppliers only - you cannot bring your own catering or use external caterers.

The hire includes in-house sound & lighting package, 2x sound technicians, 1x lighting technician, technical manager, Wi-Fi backstage, and a medic during live event hours. Optional extras include £3,200 LED screen + VJ, and various production staff can be arranged at additional cost.

Exclusive use includes the main theatre, private balconies, roof terrace, Luno Lounge, 2x dressing rooms with shared green room and shower facilities, 1x green room with private shower and toilet, and backstage areas. The hire covers all these spaces from 10am until 1am.

KOKO requests detailed information including event purpose, marketing materials, proposed timings, whether it's private or public-facing, catering requirements, production needs, filming/photography requirements, sponsor involvement, branding needs, and media involvement. They offer site tours and can create bespoke packages based on your budget.

The venue can accommodate various setups including theatre style, standing corporate events, and gig formats. Stage barrier removal costs £400 if needed, and stage stairs are available as an optional extra. The venue has experience with brand activations, corporate events, and can accommodate significant branding requirements.
