The Day Delegate Rate is £79.00 + VAT per person per day (quoted as £94.80 including VAT in some instances). This includes meeting room hire, three servings of tea and coffee with snacks (Chef's choice Mini Danish Pastries, Home Made Cakes, Cookies), three course buffet lunch, complimentary stage and lectern if required, Event Planners Office, bottled still and sparkling filtered water, stationery (pads, pencils), and Wi-Fi in meeting rooms and public areas.

Exhibition space is available at £5,000 + VAT per day. The venue can accommodate exhibitions for 10-15 exhibitors in the catering/networking space. For larger events, the Beatrice Suite connects with The Victoria Suite to create conference and exhibition space for up to 600 people on one floor.

Three breakout rooms can be offered at £1,800 + VAT per day total. The venue can provide various room configurations including syndicate rooms for 4 people, breakout sessions for 30-100 attendees, and separate spaces for networking sessions with table setups.

The venue can accommodate up to 600 people when combining spaces. Specific configurations include: theatre style for 150-500 people, cabaret style for 250 people, classroom style for 80-100 with additional theatre seating for 20 at the back, and various breakout rooms ranging from 30-100 capacity depending on requirements.

Minimum numbers of 60 people apply for Day Delegate Rate bookings. The venue quotes events typically ranging from 50-600 attendees, with most conference packages designed around these minimum requirements.

Basic AV includes complimentary stage and lectern with the Day Delegate Rate. Additional AV packages are available at £1,200 + VAT, which can include PA systems, microphones, comfort monitors, screens/projectors, and technical support. The venue can accommodate live streaming requirements with additional technician support.

Events typically run from 09:00-17:00 for full-day conferences. Access is usually available from 08:30 for setup, with some flexibility for earlier access depending on requirements. Evening events can extend until 21:00-23:00 depending on the space and licensing arrangements.

Beyond the standard DDR (which includes three tea/coffee services and buffet lunch), additional options include: arrival breakfast, drinks receptions (£24-42 per person for 1-2 hours including unlimited wine, beer, and soft drinks), buffet/bowl food for networking, and seated dinner options. All catering prices are exclusive of VAT.

A 25% deposit is required when booking more than 3 months out from the event date.
