The Albert Suite on the lower ground floor at Park Plaza Victoria is the perfect space to host smaller meetings for up to 150 guests. The space can be used on its own or as breakout space from the Victoria Suite.

The Day Delegate Rate is £79.00 + VAT per person per day (quoted as £94.80 including VAT in some instances). This includes meeting room hire, three servings of tea and coffee with snacks (Chef's choice Mini Danish Pastries, Home Made Cakes, Cookies), three course buffet lunch, complimentary stage and lectern if required, Event Planners Office, bottled still and sparkling filtered water, stationery (pads, pencils), and Wi-Fi in meeting rooms and public areas.

Exhibition room hire is £5,000 + VAT per day. Three breakout rooms can be offered at £1,800 + VAT per day total. These spaces are typically used alongside the main meeting room for conferences requiring exhibition areas or smaller group sessions.

The Business space can accommodate up to 150 guests maximum. Layout options include theatre style, cabaret style, and classroom setup. The space is described as suitable for smaller meetings and can be used independently or as breakout space from the Victoria Suite.

Basic AV package is available for £1,200 + VAT and includes stage, lectern, projector screen, and microphones. More comprehensive packages can include PA systems, multiple microphones, comfort monitors, and technical support staff. Live streaming equipment and technicians are available as additional services.

Events typically run from 09:00-17:00, with some flexibility for earlier or later timings. Access for setup is generally available from 08:30 on the event day. The venue can accommodate events running until 21:00 for evening functions with networking or dinner components.

Beyond the standard DDR catering, additional options include arrival breakfast, drinks receptions (£24-£42 per person for 1-2 hours), buffet dinners, and bowl food for networking events. Alcoholic packages include unlimited wine, beer, and champagne, with soft drinks also available.

Minimum numbers of 60 people apply for Day Delegate Rate bookings. A 25% deposit is required when booking more than 3 months in advance. Contracts must be signed and returned within 7 days of receiving the paperwork.

The venue can accommodate various event types including conferences, meetings, training sessions, and networking events. The space is located on the dedicated events floor with Wi-Fi throughout.
