Frequently asked questions

The Terrace Suite costs £900 plus VAT for room hire, though discounted rates of £500 plus VAT may be available. The room has a maximum capacity of 40 delegates in banqueting style layout and includes a private terrace overlooking the London Eye.

Full English Breakfast is available at £27 plus VAT per person with a minimum of 30 people required. The venue can accommodate various catering needs for breakfast events and other meal requirements.

The venue offers multiple layout options including banqueting style (up to 40 in Terrace Suite), theatre style, classroom/U-shape, and boardroom configurations. The London Room accommodates up to 20 guests for private dining or meetings, while larger spaces can handle up to 100 delegates total across eight meeting rooms.

The venue features modern built-in technology and can provide AV packages including projectors for presentations. All rooms have natural daylight and the venue offers basic tech setup for conferences and meetings.

Events can run from early morning (08:00) through to late evening (23:59). Typical breakfast events run 2-3 hours, such as 08:00-11:00, while full-day conferences can accommodate extended schedules with multiple sessions and breaks.

To hold space, send an email to avanderelst@pphe.com after receiving a proposal. The venue will then hold the space from their side while you confirm your booking requirements.

The venue offers convenient breakout spaces located on the same floor as the main meeting rooms. For larger conferences, multiple breakout rooms can be arranged to accommodate smaller group sessions and huddle spaces.

Unlimited tea and coffee is included with room bookings. Additional catering such as breakfast, lunch, drinks and canapés can be arranged at additional cost depending on your event requirements.
