Wedding venue hire is £12,000 + VAT (£14,400 including VAT) for Saturday or Sunday bookings, which are the only days weddings are offered. This covers exclusive use of the venue for your wedding celebration.

The Queen's Room can accommodate up to 50 guests for intimate wedding ceremonies. For wedding receptions with seated dining, the maximum capacity is 260 guests using long tables, or 300 guests for standing receptions with canapés or bowl food.

Middle Temple offers in-house catering, but external caterers are not accepted. If you wish to use an Asian caterer, there is a kitchen buy-out fee of £5,000 + VAT (£6,000 including VAT), and only specific pre-approved Asian caterers are permitted to cater at the venue.

Weddings are only offered on Saturdays and Sundays. The venue is not available for weddings on weekdays due to Hall Lunches taking place Tuesday through Friday.

Wedding catering is priced at £98.00 + VAT per person with a minimum of 20 guests. This includes a 30-minute drinks reception on arrival with wine, beer and soft drinks, three-course meal, half bottle of house wine per person, filtered water, essential catering equipment, glassware, white linen, and full event management and staffing.

Additional costs may include: cloakroom staff if you require manned service (otherwise self-service), clothed poseur tables for reception at £25 + VAT each, and staff taxi fees at £250 + VAT for events ending after 22:30. AV equipment must be hired from accredited suppliers as rooms don't have built-in systems.

Standard venue hire covers 09:00-17:00 hours. Events can be extended beyond these hours for an additional cost of £670 per hour plus VAT. Staff taxi fees of £250 + VAT apply to events ending after 22:30.

The Queen's Room and other spaces do not have built-in AV equipment, so this must be hired from one of Middle Temple's accredited suppliers if needed. The venue provides a list of approved AV production, lighting, and entertainment suppliers.

Wedding bookings can include the Queen's Room for intimate ceremonies (up to 50 guests) or as a standing reception space, with Parliament Chamber next door available for seated dining. The venue offers exclusive use and multiple interconnected historic rooms surrounded by peaceful gardens.
