All pricing excludes entertainment which must be booked separately through their entertainment team.
What are the capacity limits for different wedding spaces?
The JOIA Bar rooftop can accommodate up to 450 guests maximum. Creative Rooms 1-3 combined can host 50 boardroom style, 70 cabaret style, or 100 theatre style. The Creative Rooms can be configured as one large space or split into separate rooms depending on your needs.
What are the standard operating hours and any time restrictions?
Day room hire for Creative Rooms typically runs 9am-5pm, with some packages offering 1pm-4pm slots. Extensions beyond standard hours may incur additional charges and are subject to availability. The venue can accommodate evening events but specific timing restrictions should be confirmed during booking.
What catering options are available for wedding celebrations?
The venue partners with Tozi restaurant offering sharing concept menus. Day Delegate Packages are available at £75 plus VAT per person (minimum 45 delegates) including meeting room hire, three tea/coffee services, lunch, and refreshments. For evening events, food and beverage is included within the minimum spend requirements.

DJ equipment and entertainment must be booked through their entertainment team.
Are there any restrictions on external suppliers or entertainment?
DJs and entertainment must be quoted and booked separately with the venue's entertainment team rather than bringing external suppliers. The venue appears to have specific requirements for entertainment bookings, so couples should confirm supplier policies during the booking process.
What is included in the venue hire and what are the mandatory additional costs?
Minimum spend packages include food and beverage, basic AV equipment, Wi-Fi, and standard room setup. Mandatory additional costs include 20% VAT on all charges and service charges (12.5% mentioned for some packages). Entertainment, extended hours, and specialized AV equipment incur separate charges.

The venue can place bookings on provisional hold while couples make decisions. Based on correspondence patterns, popular dates book quickly and the venue may decline enquiries due to lack of availability. Couples should enquire as early as possible, especially for peak wedding seasons and weekend dates.
