Meadow has minimum spends ranging from £1,500 to £18,000 including VAT excluding 15% service charge depending on the event size and date. All minimum spends exclude the mandatory 15% service charge.

A 15% service charge is mandatory on all events and is added to your minimum spend. This charge is separate from and in addition to the minimum spend requirement. For example, if your minimum spend is £7,000, you'll pay an additional £1,050 in service charges, bringing your total to £8,050.
