VIP tables cost £1,050 per table and accommodate 10-14 players each. Each table includes exclusive gameplay with your group, a dedicated live actor host per room, and a welcome drink on arrival. For 56 guests (maximum capacity), you would need 4 tables at £4,200 total.
What are the conference package options and pricing?
Conference packages start from around £120 per person and typically include tea/coffee, breakfast, lunch, drinks and gameplay. These packages are separate from the basic VIP table pricing and would be in addition to the £1,050 per table cost.
Conferences include access to flatscreen TV, event manager, catered breakfast and/or lunch, teas & coffees on arrival and AV support.
What food and beverage packages are available beyond basic gameplay?
Three main packages are offered: Bronze (includes welcome drink, mid-game drink, 1 post-game drink per person, sharing boards), Silver (adds extra drinks - 2 per person post-game), and Gold (includes 3 premium drinks, sharing grazing boards and a brownie board). All packages include charcuterie/mezze sharing boards and semi-exclusive area access for 2 hours post-game.
What are the minimum spend requirements for exclusive hire?
Exclusive Mezzanine hire spends depend on day of the week and time of the day; as a guide, an off-peak hire of the mezzanine would start at £13,440 and would include activity, food and drink spend.
What are the standard event timings and duration options?
Evening events typically run 6pm-11pm with 2 hours of gameplay (e.g., 6pm-8pm) followed by 2 hours in the semi-exclusive area (8pm-10pm). During Christmas the time allocated in the semi-exclusive area is usually around 1.5hrs, giving a total experience time of either 4 or 3.5 hours.
What catering restrictions apply and what alternatives are offered?
Due to building regulation restrictions, full hot food offerings cannot be provided. However, substantial charcuterie/mezze sharing boards are available, and the catering team can provide bespoke canape options upon request for additional cost.
For DDR's and conferences, the team are able to provide both catered breakfast and lunch options, including pastries, energy balls and lunch pots.
What is the maximum capacity for the The Half hire?
The Half Hire accommodates up to 56 guests maximum- this is across 4 VIP tables.
There is also the option to hire the Mezzanine half hire for a smaller group, but be aware that there will be an additional spend to reserve the space.
The total Mezzanine space can hold up to 112 people, but the Business space specifically is limited to 56 people for optimal gameplay experience.
What does semi-exclusive hire mean and what spaces are shared?
Semi-exclusive hire means your group has a dedicated area divided by luxurious swag curtains, but the bar, toilets, and staircase remain accessible to other parties on the same floor. For full exclusivity, additional minimum spend requirements apply beyond the standard package pricing.
What is included in the gameplay experience?
The 2-hour gameplay includes completing iconic missions, navigating mind games at The Round Table, and testing strategy skills in battles of deceit and loyalty. Each room has a dedicated live actor host, and the experience is exclusive to your group with no sharing with other parties.
What service charges and additional fees apply?
A discretionary 10% service charge applies to all bookings. This is added to the total of activity spend and F&B spend, so factor this into your budget planning when calculating final costs.
