Venue hire ranges from £1,800 to £3,150 excluding VAT depending on event duration and requirements. The base price includes exclusive use of the hall, a hall manager, and cloakroom staff. Standard tables and chairs are included, but additional furniture like poseur tables costs £458 each including delivery and linen.

The venue accommodates up to 140 guests for conferences and presentations, up to 120 guests for seated gala dinners and banquets, and up to 250 guests for standing receptions. For hybrid events with online participants, the venue can support up to 500 people joining virtually with proper AV setup.

Standard venue hire typically runs from 6pm to 11pm for evening events. Early access from 4pm onwards is available for £250 plus VAT, though this may be complimentary if bookings are confirmed by specific early deadlines. Extended hours until 11:30pm are possible for certain events.

Three-course seated dinners cost £86-£120 per person excluding VAT. Canapé packages range from £26.40-£38 per person for 4-6 items. Christmas packages are available at £95-£120 per person including welcome cocktails, festive canapés, and drinks. All catering prices exclude 20% VAT.

Unlimited drinks packages cost £48-£54 per person excluding VAT for 3-4 hours, including house wines, beer, and soft drinks. Seated dinner drinks packages cost £30-£36 per person including sparkling wine, half bottle of wine, and soft drinks. Mulled wine and festive cocktails are available for Christmas events.

Basic AV equipment costs £850 plus VAT and includes a screen, projector, 2 handheld microphones, and 2 lapel microphones. A stage costs an additional £350 plus VAT. Hall staff can assist with basic setup but are not technical experts, so advanced AV requirements may need external suppliers.

Hall staff meals are mandatory at £35-£55 per person excluding VAT for up to 3 staff members. DJ services cost £1,100 excluding VAT if required. Bar linen costs £18-£20 plus VAT each. All prices are subject to 20% VAT which must be added to quoted figures.

The venue may not be available on requested dates, particularly during peak periods like late November and December. Clients should provide flexible date options when inquiring. Booking confirmations by specific early deadlines may qualify for complimentary services like early access.

The venue allows external catering and DJ services, though they also offer in-house options. Musicians and entertainment can be arranged by clients. There may be restrictions on activities like brass bands escorting guests to nearby venues, so specific entertainment plans should be discussed during booking.

The venue offers multiple spaces including the main hall for large events, a lecture theatre for presentations, and separate areas like the Reception Room and Court Room for smaller gatherings. Breakout rooms for 40 people each are available for conferences, and there's a beautiful terrace for summer receptions.
