The Hari bar is perfect for product launch events, book reading events, and exhibitions. Not usual layout of the space allows the guests to have space for arrival drinks and presentations. We can provide 1 hand held microphone complimentary as well as HD TV if needed. Please note the bar does not have a door and it is an open space.

The Snug accommodates up to 30 guests for standing reception. The Garden Terrace holds up to 15 guests for seated dining or 30 for standing reception. The Hari Bar can accommodate up to 120 guests for standing reception when hired exclusively. The Muse private dining room seats up to 22 guests in boardroom setup.

Most events run from 6pm-11pm or 7pm-midnight, with some daytime options from 2pm-6pm. DJ music must stop at 11pm for evening events. The venue offers flexibility on timing but standard packages are structured around these core hours.

You can only bring your own cake (£100 fee applies). All other food must come through The Hari's kitchen with pre-orders required. Cocktails must be pre-ordered, and bottled beverages are charged on consumption. The venue will notify you when minimum spend is reached during the event.

You can bring your own DJ only at The Garden Terrace as it's a fully private space. DJs are not permitted in The Snug or other semi-private areas. All DJ music must stop at 11pm regardless of the space.

The venue places holds on dates but releases them if no response is received by specified deadlines (often by 12pm on the day for same-day events). You need to confirm your booking within the hold period or the space will be released to other clients.

Room hire covers the space only. Minimum spend is in addition to room hire and covers all food and beverages consumed.
