The Ground Floor Restaurant accommodates 85 seated or 100 standing with casual seating, requiring a £14,000 food & beverage minimum spend (inclusive of VAT, exclusive of 15% service charge) plus £2,000 hire fee. The 1st Floor Restaurant seats 88 or 120 standing with casual seating, with a £15,000 food & beverage minimum spend plus £2,000 hire fee. Both spaces can be combined for larger events up to 180 seated guests.

A mandatory 15% service charge applies to the food & beverage minimum spend only, not the hire fee. For example, on a £15,000 minimum spend, the service charge would be £2,250, bringing your total food & beverage cost to £17,250. This service charge is separate from and in addition to the quoted minimum spend amounts.
