Venue hire rates vary by date, with June 2025 quoted at approximately £20,000+VAT. The hire includes exclusive use of the space from 6:30pm to 1am, with guests welcomed at 7pm and invited to descend at 12:30am. All packages include event furniture, attended cloakroom, venue cleaning, host team, event staff, and security.

The minimum food and beverage spend is £30,000+VAT for most events. Catering is provided exclusively by Searcys with hyper-seasonal fine dining menus starting at £80+VAT per guest, and drinks packages including wine, beer, and soft drinks from £40+VAT per guest.

The space accommodates up to 300 guests for seated dining events. Packages are typically quoted with minimum numbers of 175-250 guests depending on the event type and date.

Daytime access is not typically offered as there is a Public Viewing Gallery in operation. However, limited dispensation to close the gallery may be available with ideally 3 months' notice, requiring formal acceptance by the City of London. Daytime hire (10am-6pm) costs £40,000+VAT plus additional fees.

The space includes a 4K 4.4×6.6m LED wall, L-Acoustics sound system, PA system, high-level truss mounted lighting, microphones for speeches, audio console, and LED digital signage at street level and Level 1. A dedicated AV and lighting technician is provided, with base AV packages starting around £4,000-£6,000+VAT.

Standard evening events run from 6:30pm to 1am, with guests welcomed at 7pm and invited to descend at 12:30am. The venue is licensed until 3am, with late night access available at £1,800+VAT per hour after 1am.

Seated dinner packages start from £290+VAT per person and include 30 minutes of champagne on entry, seasonal pre-dinner canapés, three-course meal, two hours of open bar (beer, wine, soft drinks), on-brand lighting, LED signage, and all staffing. Standing reception packages start from £250+VAT per person with canapés, bowl food, and four hours of open bar.

Located on the 58th floor of 22 Bishopsgate in London EC2N 4BQ, the venue is fully accessible with DDA lifts and step-free toilets on each floor. It's positioned in the heart of the City with excellent transport links and is described as Europe's highest event space at 254 metres above ground.

The venue offers DJ services for 4 hours, custom lighting concepts, and 12 brandable GOBOs. The 4K LED wall is customisable for branding, and there's LED digital signage at street level and Level 1. External entertainment suppliers can provide additional options like live bands, with stage setups available via AV suppliers.

Christmas standing reception packages range from £225-£300+VAT per person depending on dates, with minimum numbers of 175 guests. Packages include venue hire 6:30pm-1am, English sparkling wine, seasonal canapés and bowl foods, four-hour open bar, DJ, lighting concept, and all staffing. December dates have premium pricing.
