Frequently asked questions

The Large Pension Room costs £1,450+VAT for weekdays (8:00-17:00) and £1,595+VAT for Sundays. The hire includes screen, lectern, and 3 microphones. Theatre style capacity is 110 maximum, with boardroom and banqueting layouts also available.

Two main packages are offered: Package 1 at £55+VAT per person includes tea/coffee/pastries on arrival, mid-morning refreshments, gourmet sandwich lunch with crisps and fruit, and afternoon tea/coffee/cake. Package 2 at £75+VAT per person includes breakfast baps on arrival, mid-morning refreshments, fork buffet with 3 main courses/1 salad/1 dessert, and afternoon tea/coffee/cake.

100% payment is required six weeks before the event date. Charity organizations receive a 10% discount on room hire rates.

Viewings are available Monday to Friday between 09:00-11:00 and 15:00-17:30. Contact the venue directly to arrange a viewing and check availability for your preferred date and time.

Venue hire does not include decorations - you must arrange your own. You can bring your own cake but will need to sign a disclaimer on arrival.

The Large Pension Room accommodates 110 maximum in theatre style, 60 for banqueting with round tables, and 50 for banqueting with long tables. The Bingham Room holds 60 in theatre style and 30 in boardroom style.

There is usually an extra charge for room use after 5pm, though this may be waived on occasion. Combined hire of Large Pension Room and Benchers Library from 09:00-21:00 costs £2,500+VAT.

Standard AV includes screen, lectern, and 3 microphones for the Large Pension Room. The Bingham Room has projector and screen with integrated ceiling speakers, 75-inch CleverTouch TV, and 2 hand-held microphones.

Special rates are available for multiple Sunday bookings - contact the venue with the number of Sundays you wish to book. Reduced rates may also be offered for certain organizations or circumstances.

Quotes are valid for 30 days from receipt and may change after this period. Bookings are taken on a first-come, first-served basis. The venue may release provisional bookings if no response is received by specified deadlines.
