How much do breakout rooms and additional spaces cost?

Breakout rooms cost £300 + VAT for all-day access and can be used for private calls or as dining areas for hot buffet service. Access to the courtyard area requires booking a breakout room as an addition to the main room hire to ensure privacy.

What AV equipment is available and what are the costs?

Presentation screens cost £50 + VAT. The venue offers an in-house video conferencing package at £250 + VAT (mentioned as £300 in some quotes) which includes HD camera, hub laptop, speakers, tabletop microphones, all-day tech support, and options for Zoom or Teams meetings.
