What is the venue hire cost and what does it include?

The venue hire is £2,000 + VAT for exclusive use of the main barn. This gives you sole use of the entire venue during your event time. You will need to supply your own AV equipment as this is not included in the hire fee.

What are the mandatory catering requirements and costs?

In addition to the venue hire fee, you are required to meet a catering spend with the venue's in-house catering team. A day delegate rate of £40 + VAT per person includes arrival tea/coffee with biscuits, a 2-course buffet lunch, and afternoon tea/coffee with brownies. Halal catering options are available.

What is the maximum capacity for events in the main barn?

The venue can accommodate up to 200 guests according to the venue description. However, specific capacity for the main barn Events space may vary depending on your event setup and requirements.

What are the access times and setup restrictions?

Access to the venue is available from 12:00 noon onwards. You will need to plan your event timeline accordingly, as earlier access is not available.

What AV equipment and technical facilities are provided?

You are required to supply your own AV equipment for presentations and any technical needs. The venue does not provide AV equipment as part of the hire package, so you'll need to arrange this separately through an external supplier.

Is the venue exclusively yours during the event?

Yes, Brookfield Barn operates as an exclusive use venue. This means you will have sole use of the entire venue during your event time, with no other events or guests sharing the space.

How far in advance do I need to book and is space held during enquiries?

Space is not automatically held during the enquiry process. If you wish to hold space while making your decision, you must specifically request this from the events team.

What catering options are available for dietary requirements?

The venue provides in-house catering services and can accommodate halal dietary requirements. Sample menus are available, and the specific lunch menu will be confirmed closer to your event date.
