The Business space has a £550 hire fee plus a £2,800 (inc. VAT) minimum bar spend for promoted music events. For other event types, pricing may vary and you'll need to contact the venue directly for specific quotes. The minimum spend guarantees exclusive use of the space, in-house PA system, and dedicated bar team.

The Business space can accommodate up to 180 guests maximum. This capacity applies to all event configurations including standing receptions, seated events, and mixed layouts. The space is suitable for intimate gatherings as well as larger corporate events within this capacity limit.

There are two payment options: Option 1 - Pre-pay your minimum bar spend in full with no security deposit required. Option 2 - Fulfill your minimum bar spend during the event with a £650 security deposit required upfront. Contracts must be signed before payment details are provided.

The Business space includes an in-house PA system as part of the standard hire package. For events requiring additional AV equipment such as microphones, projectors, lecterns, or staging, you'll need to discuss specific requirements with the venue as these may incur additional costs.

The venue accepts bookings well in advance, with confirmed availability shown for dates in September 2025. To secure your preferred date, you'll need to sign contracts and provide payment according to your chosen payment option. Early booking is recommended, especially for promoted events requiring advance marketing.

The Business space offers flexible configurations including theatre-style seating, cabaret/round table setups, and standing reception layouts. Chairs are available on request for various seating arrangements. The space can accommodate both intimate corporate meetings and larger social events with mixed seating and standing areas.

The venue accommodates various event types including corporate events, private parties, product launches, and promoted music events. However, the venue reserves the right to decline bookings that don't align with their capacity or budget requirements, as they assess each event's suitability on a case-by-case basis.
