HERA's daily opening hours are 11:00am to 11:00pm. Events must finish by 11:00pm as the venue is located in a corporate/residential area and is subject to standard noise restrictions. This timing constraint applies to all events including those with DJs or entertainment.

HERA Restaurant can accommodate up to 130 guests for seated events with space remaining for a DJ and dancefloor area. For smaller groups, they can handle 30 guests comfortably, and the space is flexible enough to accommodate both seated dinners and standing cocktail receptions.

HERA offers bespoke 3-course set menus at £50 per person. For example, a 130-guest event would cost £6,500 for food (£50 x 130 guests). The exact menu is customized based on your event requirements and preferences.

Drinks packages are set up as a tab system based on your budget allocation. For example, with a £10,000 total budget and £6,500 for food, the remaining £3,500 would create a drinks tab for guests. Once the tab is exhausted, you can choose to top it up or have guests pay individually for additional drinks.

HERA can play your desired playlist through their restaurant speaker system for private venue hire at no additional cost. Alternatively, they can book a DJ for you at an additional cost that depends on the number of hours required. They also have a dedicated speaker system with two microphones available for speeches and presentations.

Service charges are applied to events, with examples showing rates around 20% of the total spend. For instance, one quote showed a service charge of £1,980 on a total event cost. The exact service charge percentage should be confirmed when booking as it may vary by event size and requirements.
