Our five acres of lush, foliage-filled gardens offer the perfect summer party venue for organisers looking for a truly beautiful setting to host their events. With ample space to accommodate up to 2,000 guests, the York Lawns is a genuinely show-stopping space. Named 'Best Outdoor Space' at the 2019 Academic Venue Awards, our private grounds are nestled within London's iconic Regent's Park. Our unique central and easily accessible location provided guests with an escape from the hustle and bustle of London lift.



Frequently asked questions

Herringham Hall hires at £1,650 VAT exempt for events. The venue operates a deposit system with invoices split into 10% and 80% payments. Payment is processed through Flywire, though BACS transfers are available upon request with bank details provided.

External caterers are not permitted at Regent's Events. All catering must be provided through the venue's in-house catering services, with various menu options available including fine dining packages and BBQ options.

Herringham Hall can accommodate up to 50 guests in cabaret style with catering tables at the back and a top table for 5. Tuke Common Room can be set up cabaret style with 4 tables of 8 and 1 table of 10 in the middle section, plus a boardroom section for 5.

All event details must be finalized and submitted one week before the event date at 9:00 AM. The venue operates a 48-hour policy for final updates, meaning no changes can be made within 48 hours of the submission deadline.

Standard AV includes projector with laptop link (venue provides laptop), lectern, and 1 roving microphone. AV technicians are available for Herringham Hall from 8:00-18:00 at additional cost. Wi-Fi access is provided with specific login credentials for each room.

Security access must be arranged in advance, with specific times communicated to the security team. For events in Tuke Common Room, security provides access from 8:00 AM on event days. All events require advance coordination with the security department.

Available spaces include Herringham Hall (conferences and dining), Tuke Common Room (dinners and meetings), Knapp Gallery (conferences and catering), and a meeting room below Knapp Gallery. Rooms can be configured in cabaret style, boardroom setup, or with catering tables depending on event requirements.

Room hire includes basic furniture setup and standard room access. Additional mandatory services include security coordination, AV technical support for equipment beyond basic setup, and all catering through venue suppliers. Setup requirements must be specified in advance.

Payment is structured as a 10% deposit followed by an 80% payment. The venue primarily uses Flywire for payment processing, but BACS transfers are available when requested.
