Frequently asked questions

Friday evening hire starts from £5,000 + VAT, with evening hire quoted at £11,000 + VAT in some instances. Additional mandatory costs include catering, production, and security which are charged separately. You'll also need to meet a minimum food and beverage spend in addition to the venue hire fee.

The venue can accommodate up to 400 guests for mixed seating and standing events. For seated dining events, capacity varies depending on the specific layout chosen, with cabaret-style seating being a popular option for corporate events.

Standard venue access is typically 08:00-18:00 for day events. Evening events can extend until 23:59, with some events running until midnight or 01:00. Extended hours may incur additional costs and require advance arrangement.

OXO2 has an in-house catering team that provides all food and drink services. Options include bowl food reception packages, three-course sit-down dinners, breakfast items, sandwich lunches, and various break refreshments. Catering quotes are typically valid for 30 days.

Basic AV inclusions feature 4 x 75" professional display screens, 12 x uplighters, 2 x handheld microphones, lectern, and high-quality PA system. Vibration Production is the exclusive production partner for additional services including audio, video, lighting, branding, staging, and furniture.

Dates are held for 7 days before becoming joint first option (first come, first serve). The venue requires signed contracts returned within a week to secure certain arrangements, such as extended finish times at no additional cost.

Deposit payments are required as per contract terms, with invoices sent for deposit amounts. Full payment can be arranged in advance if preferred. The venue accepts payment through their accounts team and requires completed vendor forms for new suppliers.

The venue works with preferred suppliers, particularly Vibration Production for AV and production needs. External entertainment like DJs can be accommodated, and the space supports additional elements like photo booths, 360 booths, and screens for rolling content display.

Security is mandatory for events and is charged separately from the venue hire fee. The specific security requirements and costs depend on the event type, duration, and guest numbers, and are quoted as part of the overall event package.

The venue offers flexibility to adjust proposals and can accommodate changes to guest numbers, catering requirements, and event timings. However, significant changes may affect pricing, and catering quotes are valid for 30 days, requiring updates for changes beyond this period.
