Frequently asked questions

Friday evening hire starts from £5,000 + VAT, with evening hire rates at £11,000 + VAT. Catering, production, and security are additional costs on top of the venue hire fee. A minimum food and beverage spend applies in addition to the base hire fee.

The venue can accommodate up to 100 guests based on the event proposals shown. The space offers flexible layouts including standing reception, cabaret style seating, and theatre style configurations depending on your event requirements.

Standard exclusive use runs from 08:00-18:00 for day events. Evening events can extend until 23:59, with some flexibility to finish at 5pm at no additional cost if contracts are signed promptly. Extended hours may incur additional charges.

The in-house AV package includes 4 x 75" Professional Display Screens, 12 x Uplighters, 2 x Handheld Microphones, a Lectern, and High Quality PA system. Additional AV requirements can be arranged through the exclusive production partner Vibration Production.

Day packages include 3 servings of tea and coffee, 2 cold breakfast items, 2 mid-morning break bites, sandwich lunch with sides, 2 mid-afternoon break bites, and welcome drinks (prosecco/beer/wine/soft drinks). Evening events offer bowl food reception packages and various catering upgrades through the in-house catering team.

Security, event management, staffing, and cleaning are mandatory services included in proposals. Production services through Vibration Production are additional. All quotes are exclusive of VAT, and catering quotes are valid for 30 days only.

Dates are held for 7 days before becoming joint first option (first come, first serve). Initial proposals are valid for 14 days. Contracts are sent via DocuSign for signing, and deposit payments are required as per contract terms.

OXO2 is located at Level Two, OXO Tower Wharf, Barge House Street, London SE1 9PH. Guests should meet at the top of the long staircase on the West side of the OXO tower block (closest to London Eye/Waterloo). Nearest stations are Blackfriars and Waterloo.

DJs and entertainment can be arranged, with space available for DJ setups, 360 booths, and additional screens for content display. The venue offers a blank canvas space allowing for customizable layouts and décor, though specific restrictions on external suppliers are not detailed in available information.
