What are the venue hire costs for OXO2 Events space?

Friday evening hire starts from £5,000 + VAT, with evening hire rates at £11,000 + VAT. Catering, production, and security are additional costs on top of the venue hire fee. A minimum food and beverage spend applies in addition to the base hire fee.

What is the maximum capacity for events at OXO2?

What are the standard event hours and can events run until 5pm?

What catering packages are available and what's included?

Day packages include 3 servings of tea and coffee, 2 cold breakfast items, 2 mid-morning break bites, sandwich lunch with sides, 2 mid-afternoon break bites, and welcome drinks (prosecco/beer/wine/soft drinks). Evening events offer bowl food reception packages and various catering upgrades through the in-house catering team.

What mandatory services and additional costs should I budget for?

Security, event management, staffing, and cleaning are mandatory services included in proposals. Production services through Vibration Production are additional. All quotes are exclusive of VAT, and catering quotes are valid for 30 days only.

How long are dates held and what's the booking process?

Dates are held for 7 days before becoming joint first option (first come, first serve). Initial proposals are valid for 14 days. Contracts are sent via DocuSign for signing, and deposit payments are required as per contract terms.

Where is OXO2 located and how do guests access the venue?

OXO2 is located at Level Two, OXO Tower Wharf, Barge House Street, London SE1 9PH. Guests should meet at the top of the long staircase on the West side of the OXO tower block (closest to London Eye/Waterloo). Nearest stations are Blackfriars and Waterloo.

Can I bring my own entertainment and what restrictions apply?

DJs and entertainment can be arranged, with space available for DJ setups, 360 booths, and additional screens for content display. Who operates the venue and handles bookings?
