Frequently asked questions

The Business space can accommodate 80-100 attendees for keynote addresses, panel discussions, or Q&A sessions. The auditorium specifically holds up to 70 people in classroom layout. For smaller events, the space can handle groups as small as 2 people for intimate proposals or up to 50 guests for screenings with rectangular wooden trestle tables.

The venue is open for viewings Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm. You need to contact the venue directly to book a specific time slot for your tour with the Development Coordinator. Site visits must be scheduled in advance and cannot be done as walk-ins.

The venue provides a 5-meter wide screen projector with high-quality speakers suitable for screenings and presentations. Additional AV equipment availability varies by specific requirements, so you should specify your exact technical needs when booking to confirm what's available versus what needs to be hired separately.

Bookings require a 30% holding deposit to secure your date, with the remaining balance due 2 weeks before the event. The deposit holds the date and secures the studio space for your event. Payment terms are non-negotiable and must be cleared according to this schedule.

External catering and decorators are permitted, but the venue has approved drinks suppliers or charges corkage fees for outside alcohol. Kitchen use is allowed based on the nature of your event. Food is generally not allowed in studios, though exceptions may be made on a case-by-case basis.

The venue provides rectangular wooden trestle tables and chairs, with enough seating for up to 50 guests confirmed. The Business space features 4 movable walls that can be customized to exhibition requirements, offering 44 linear meters of wall hanging space plus 12 linear meters of window space for displays.

Art activity sessions with tutors cost £59.50 per person (excluding VAT). Adding alcoholic drinks (beer and white wine) increases the price to £72.50 per person (excluding VAT). Grazing platters with meats and cheeses are available for approximately £15 per person (excluding VAT).

You can bring a single bottle of champagne for small intimate events, but larger events must use approved drinks suppliers or pay corkage fees. The venue can provide alcoholic drinks packages including beer and white wine as part of their catering options.
