The Theatre & Atrium has multiple pricing structures: evening hire (18:30-22:30) costs £2,500+VAT with a minimum catering spend of £20+VAT per person, half-day hire (13:00-17:00) costs £2,500+VAT with the same minimum catering spend of £20+VAT per person (minimum 60 people), and full day hire from 08:30-17:00 costs £3,000+VAT with a minimum catering spend of £1,600+VAT. Discounted rates may be available for specific dates or short-notice bookings.

The Theatre & Atrium can accommodate up to 120 people. This space includes the main theatre area with an adjoining atrium that is used for catering and refreshment breaks.

The Theatre hire includes a screen and projector, lectern with comfort monitor and lectern microphone, PA system and speakers, one roving microphone, electronic pointer/clicker, ability to colour wash the space, and an AV technician as standard.
