Science Gallery London's New Exhibition: VITAL SIGNS: another world is possible 13th November 2024 - 17th May 2025. The health of our planet is essential for the survival of all living things, including you. To thrive, we need to build stronger alliances with each other, and with all other species. The exhibition brings together artists, designers and researchers to explore these relationships and how the health of the natural world is intimately connected to our own health and wellbeing.

The Theatre & Atrium has multiple pricing structures: evening hire (18:30-22:30) costs £2,500+VAT with a minimum catering spend of £20+VAT per person, half-day hire (13:00-17:00) costs £2,500+VAT with the same minimum catering spend of £20+VAT per person (minimum 60 people), and full day hire from 08:30-17:00 costs £3,000+VAT with a minimum catering spend of £1,600+VAT. Discounted rates may be available for specific dates or short-notice bookings.

The Theatre & Atrium can accommodate up to 120 people. This space includes the main theatre area with an adjoining atrium that is used for catering and refreshment breaks.

The Theatre hire includes a screen and projector, lectern with comfort monitor and lectern microphone, PA system and speakers, one roving microphone, electronic pointer/clicker, ability to colour wash the space, and an AV technician as standard. Additional charges apply for event filming or livestreaming services.

Catering options include tea/coffee at £2.99+VAT per person per break, light lunch from £24.00+VAT per person, mini muffins at £2.50+VAT per person, chocolate chip cookies at £2.00+VAT per person, gluten free chocolate brownie bites at £2.50+VAT per person, and chef's selection of biscuits at £2.00+VAT per person. Most bookings require a minimum catering spend of £20+VAT per person with a minimum of 60 people, though this can be waived for tea and coffee only bookings in certain circumstances.

Standard hire times are half-day (13:00-17:00), evening (18:30-22:30), and full day (08:30-17:00). Custom timings can be accommodated, such as 15:30-18:30, though this may affect pricing and minimum spend requirements.

For short-notice bookings, confirmation is required by end of play the following day with full pre-payment required by close of play within a few days of confirmation. Standard payment terms may vary for bookings made further in advance.

Yes, the venue offers provisional holds on dates and can arrange viewing appointments. Viewings can typically be scheduled during morning hours, such as 10am appointments, and the venue team is available to show the space to potential clients.

The Studio & Balcony is suitable for smaller events, comfortably seating 50 delegates in cabaret layout. It includes use of a connecting balcony with views of the Shard, ideal for fresh air during breaks. Full day hire (08:30-17:00) costs £3,000+VAT with a minimum catering spend of £1,600+VAT, or a Day Delegate Rate of £79+VAT per person (minimum 40 people) which includes breakfast, mid-morning refreshments, lunch, afternoon refreshments, full AV equipment, onsite technician, security, and event management.

Yes, additional charges apply for event filming or livestreaming beyond the standard AV technician service. Security and event management are included in the Day Delegate Rate packages but may be additional charges for basic room hire bookings.
