Spread across 900m2 with a versatile main event space and a balcony offering an incredible view of Harrods for a stunning photo backdrop, hire also includes exclusive use of the entire fully interactive museum which guests are free to explore in their own time.

The flexible event space is a blank canvas, allowing you to shape it to your requirements: a sit down dinner, canape reception, cabaret setting, music - we've got you covered.




Frequently asked questions

Exclusive venue hire ranges from £3,000 to £18,600 including VAT depending on event duration and requirements. For example, 5-hour hire (5pm-10pm) costs £3,000, while extended hire (5pm-11:30pm) costs £18,600. The venue typically closes from 3pm onwards for event setup, which is factored into the hire cost.

Multiple catering partners offer various packages. Canababes provides canape menus from £8,078 for 75 people and bowl food menus from £8,705 for 75 people. Drink packages range from £12-£20 per person. The Mayfair Chippy Package for children's parties costs £60 per child including museum entry, while the VIP Birthday Package costs £52 per child.

The venue can accommodate up to 250 guests maximum for cocktail receptions and standing events. For seated dining events, capacity varies but quotes show events for groups ranging from 25 to 170 people depending on the specific setup and requirements.

AV hire starts from £1,000 including VAT for basic setups. Full DJ packages cost from £5,000 including VAT. The venue has an existing stage and can provide microphones, screens/monitors for displaying content, and full sound systems. AV partners handle technical requirements and provide bespoke quotes based on specific needs.

Events typically run from 5pm onwards with client access from 4pm or 5pm. The venue closes from 3pm for event setup. End times vary from 10pm to midnight depending on the event type. Children's birthday parties are offered at specific slots: 11am, 1pm, or 2:30pm on weekends.

Entertainment options include in-house photographers from £100 per hour, magicians from £175 per hour, face painters from £175 per hour, balloon illusionists from £175 per hour, and children's entertainers from £175 per hour. DJ and photobooth packages are available from £1,000.

Due to cross-contamination risks, the venue cannot cater to severe nut, fish, and shellfish allergies for some packages. The Mayfair Chippy Package specifically cannot accommodate severe nut, fish, and shellfish allergies, while the VIP Birthday Package cannot cater to severe nut allergies only.

Venue hire includes exclusive use of the entire interactive museum with 50+ exhibits that guests can explore. The main event space features a balcony with views of Harrods for photo opportunities. Events can utilize different areas - for example, starting in the Dragons Nest Room and moving to the Main Atrium later in the evening.

Initial contact is made through the Event Sales Manager Laura Toogood at 07729 266893. Site visits are available Wednesday to Friday from 10am-4pm or 10am-5pm depending on availability. The venue provides detailed quotes based on specific requirements and offers profit-sharing arrangements for certain collaborative events.

For collaborative events, the venue requires a minimum guarantee of £1,250 with a 50/50 profit split arrangement. For standard bookings, minimum spends vary by event type and size. Bar packages and catering have separate minimum requirements that are quoted based on guest numbers and menu selection.
