Day hire pricing starts at £1050 + VAT for 9am-5pm bookings, with cleaning and AV equipment included. Half-day bookings are available from £600 + VAT, and evening bookings incur higher fees than standard day rates.

Payment of the booking fee is required at least 7 days before the event via bank transfer or payment link (2% Stripe fee applies to payment links). A refundable damage deposit of 30% of the booking fee is also required at least 7 days before the event, refunded within 7 days after the event if no damage occurs.

Multiple layout options include: leaving the room as shown in photos, theatre style (rows of chairs), boardroom style, or casual mix of chairs, armchairs and sofas. The space also features a dedicated breakout area for informal conversations and brainstorming sessions.

The space includes a large screen, speaker system, flipchart, and Wi-Fi. AV equipment is included in the hire price, and equipment can be installed in specific locations as requested during booking.

Equipment delivery and storage the day before your event is possible but incurs an extra fee (amount to be discussed with owner). This is particularly relevant if there's an event the day before that finishes at 6pm.

Metered on-street parking is available close to the venue (8:30am-6:30pm, maximum 4 hours). Outside these hours, parking is free and unlimited. The nearest multi-storey car park is at 11 Clere St, London EC2A 4LJ (open 6:30am-7pm).

You must sign a location agreement, provide your company's certificate of liability insurance, and submit detailed event information including contact details, company information, attendee numbers, and specific requirements before final confirmation.

The venue is suitable for corporate events, meetings, workshops, and professional gatherings but not suitable for events with live music or loud activities due to nearby neighbours. Overnight stays are not permitted as they only handle corporate events.

You can bring your own catering with access to the kitchenette, or use recommended caterers including Natural Kitchen (Mediterranean/Healthy, £10-30 per person) and Sands Catering (Mediterranean/Asian, £15-40 per person).
