The maximum capacity is 15 people for business events. The venue is equipped with 3 tables and 20 chairs, making it suitable for meetings, workshops, and presentations up to this limit.

Day hire pricing starts at £1050 + VAT for 9am-5pm bookings. Half-day bookings are available from £600 + VAT. Evening bookings (6-10pm) incur higher fees due to late-night charges, and exact pricing varies based on specific requirements.

The space includes a large screen, speaker system, flipchart, WiFi, and basic AV equipment. All equipment and cleaning are included in the hire price, with setup assistance available upon request.

Payment of the booking fee is required at least 7 days before the event via bank transfer or payment link (2% Stripe fee applies to payment links). A refundable damage deposit of 30% of the booking fee is also required 7 days before the event and is refunded within 7 days after the event.

Multiple layouts are available including boardroom style, theatre style (rows of chairs), casual mix of chairs and sofas, or leaving the room as shown in photos. The venue coordinator can recommend the most suitable setup based on your event type and attendee numbers.

Yes, you can bring your own catering and have access to the kitchenette. The venue also works with recommended caterers including Natural Kitchen (£10-30 per person) and Sands Catering (£15-40 per person) with sample menus available.

Metered on-street parking is available close to the venue from 8:30am-6:30pm with a maximum 4-hour limit. Outside these hours, parking is free and unlimited. The nearest multi-storey car park is at 11 Clere St, London EC2A 4LJ, open 6:30am-7pm.
