The Lounge room hire fee varies by event timing and duration: £2,000-£5,000 for standard bookings, with reduced rates available for events starting at 5pm (£3,500 instead of £5,000). Minimum spend requirements range from £3,000-£11,000 depending on the event size and date, which must be allocated towards food and beverage consumption.

The Lounge accommodates up to 60 guests maximum in cabaret style configuration. For smaller spaces, the Library Rooms hold up to 18 guests, and the Lower Ground Round Room accommodates up to 14 guests for private dining.

Standard exclusive access runs from 18:00-23:00 for evening events, with daytime options available from 8:00-18:00. An optional late license until 02:00 is available for £500 extra, subject to availability.

Room hire includes projector and large screen with sound, 2x handheld microphones, lectern, flipchart, and laptop connection capability. DJ booth and equipment are also available for events requiring music.

A mandatory 13.5% service charge applies to all food and beverage bills, as you receive a dedicated team throughout your event. All quoted prices include VAT, and there are no additional charges for included services like cloakroom, furniture setup, or standard AV equipment.

Pre-orders for both food and beverage choices must be submitted one week prior to your booking date. This applies to all catering options including canapés, bowl food, and three-course menus.

Dates can be held for one week while you make your decision. Once confirmed, a contract and invoice are sent for signature and payment to secure your booking.

The venue is closed on Saturdays and Sundays. Thursday availability is particularly limited, especially in November and December. Some dates may have limited availability due to member events.

Standard room hire includes furniture removal and setup as needed for your event configuration. For events requiring extended setup time before standard access hours, additional arrangements may be possible but could incur extra charges.

Catering includes canapés (cold and hot at £4.50 each, dessert at £3.50 each with 20-piece minimums per type), bowl food options, and three-course menus. All catering counts toward your minimum spend requirement and is subject to the 13.5% service charge.
