It is an ideal space for an intimate Office Party, Christmas Party or Dinner and is well suited for Cabaret, Theatre and Banquet layouts. We are more than able to cater for Corporate, private and Charity Events.




Frequently asked questions

The Classic DDR package costs £79.20 per person (including VAT), while the Premier DDR package costs £74.40 per person (including VAT). Both packages include main suite hire, arrival refreshments, mid-morning and afternoon tea/coffee breaks, lunch, projector and screen, flipchart and pens, complimentary Wi-Fi, free car parking, and a dedicated event manager.

Surrey Hall (2,740 sqm, up to 800 guests) costs £5,000 + VAT per live day and £3,500 + VAT for setup. Solario Suite (up to 200 guests) costs £1,650 + VAT per live day and £950 + VAT for setup. The Gallery (up to 60 guests) costs £1,400 + VAT per live day and £750 + VAT for setup.

There is a minimum catering spend of £8,000, and you must cater for a minimum of 75% of your guests. This policy applies across all events regardless of guest numbers.

Tea and coffee costs £4.00 per person per serving (£15.98 for unlimited daily service), mini muffins £4.00 per person, pastries £5.50 per person, standard canapés £15.75 per person, premium canapés £21.75 per person, and freshly baked cookies £5.00 per person. Hot or cold buffet lunch costs £40.02 per person.

Evening dinner packages start from £37.50 + VAT per person for a 3-course meal, with arrival drinks at £8.33 + VAT per person. Drinks packages include a 3-hour option at £38.75 + VAT per person and a 5-hour option at £63.00 + VAT per person, covering beer, house wine, spirits, and soft drinks.

Surrey Hall accommodates up to 800 guests and can be configured for exhibitions, conferences, or gala dinners. Solario Suite holds maximum 200 guests for conferences or dinners. The Gallery accommodates up to 60 guests with fixed furniture that cannot be moved.

The venue allows external AV suppliers and entertainment providers. For summer parties, they offer packages that include street food stations, unlimited drinks for 3 hours, security, staffing, and dedicated event management, with options for 1 or 2 food vouchers per person.

Setup days are available for £3,500 + VAT for Surrey Hall. Events typically run from 09:00-17:00 for conferences, with evening events extending until midnight where possible. The venue provides complimentary onsite parking and is located 15 miles from Central London with train access from London Waterloo to Esher station.

Basic AV including projector, screen, microphones, and PA system are included in DDR packages. The venue can accommodate client's own AV suppliers for more complex requirements, and responsibilities can be shared depending on the scope of services required.

Package 1 costs £99 per person (ex VAT) including exclusive room hire, 1 street food voucher, 3-hour unlimited drinks, security, staffing, parking, and event manager. Package 2 costs £109 per person (ex VAT) with 2 street food vouchers plus all Package 1 inclusions and complimentary setup day.
