The Surrey Hall is a vast exhibition hall with a maximum capacity of 1,500. Its dimensions make it very flexible with regard to room set-up and our catering service provides a wide variety of excellent food and service options. The hall is suitable for dinners of the greatest scale, with incredible views and plenty of outdoor space. It is an ideal space for a large Banquet, Birthday Dinner, Christmas Dinner, Dinner party or Ball. Surrey Hall is the perfect Dining Hall and is suited for any large scale Dining Event - Corporate Event or Private.

Surrey Hall can accommodate up to 1,500 guests for dining events. The venue offers flexible room hire pricing with setup day hire at £3,500 + VAT and live day hire at £5,000 + VAT per day (reduced from £11,000 + VAT). A minimum spend of £8,000 applies for catering, with the venue requiring catering for a minimum of 75% of guests.

Catering options include finger buffet at £35.78 + VAT per person, hot or cold buffet at £40.02 + VAT per person, and 3-course meals from £37.50 + VAT per person. Setup day hire is available at £3,500 + VAT, with live day hire at £5,000 + VAT per day. Events typically run from 09:00-17:00 for daytime functions, with evening events possible until midnight or as late as possible. Access times can be arranged from 08:00 for event setup.

The venue can accommodate live entertainment including bands with space for staging. Basic AV equipment including projector, screen, microphones, PA system, and speakers are available. The venue has experience hosting events with dancefloors and full AV setups for awards ceremonies and gala dinners.

Arrival drinks are available at £8.33 + VAT per person. Drinks packages include a 3-hour package at £38.75 + VAT per person and 5-hour package at £63.00 + VAT per person. These inclusive packages cover beer, house wine, spirit selection, and soft drinks, with a minimum of 50 people required.

Complimentary onsite parking is provided for events. The venue is located 15 miles from Central London, easily accessible from the M25 and A3, and 25 minutes by train from London Waterloo to Esher station. Good transport access is available for suppliers arriving in vans.

Additional spaces include the Solario Suite (maximum 200 capacity) with built-in bar and private balcony at £950 + VAT setup and £1,650 + VAT per live day, and The Gallery (maximum 60 capacity) with modern interior at £750 + VAT setup and £1,400 + VAT per live day. These can serve as reception areas, VIP lounges, or breakout spaces.

The venue requires advance booking with dedicated onsite event managers provided. Pricing is subject to 20% VAT on all services. Minimum spend requirements apply for catering (£8,000) and drinks packages (minimum 50 people). Setup days and live event days are priced separately.
