With moving lights, a permanent stage and built in star cloth the Churchill creates a buzzing atmosphere for award ceremonies and corporate dinners. The Churchill can host dinners and award ceremonies for up to 400. Where a pre-event drinks reception is also required this will take place in the first floor Pickwick, which has amazing views of Westminster Abbey. Our dinner packages, the Deluxe and Michelin, deliver a high-quality guest experience combining gastronomic excellence and a commitment to sustainability whilst pushing the boundaries in flavour, innovation and culinary excellence.

The Churchill includes a comprehensive AV package: permanent stage with grey display suede stage set, front projection screen, sound system with 2 wired lectern microphones, 4 wired top table microphones, 3 radio handheld microphones, digital recording, induction loop, standard lighting, WUXGA projector with backup, laptop PC, and 2 technicians for the full day.

The venue operates during standard hours of 08:00-18:00 with security, porterage, and cleaning services included. The Centre is closed during August, so no events can be accommodated during this month.

Venue hire includes security, porterage and cleaning during standard hours, free visitor Wi-Fi, QEII Centre furniture, manned cloakroom, dedicated registration area with desks, business centre facilities, and a delivery team including Event Manager, AV Project Manager, and QEII Taste Manager.

Bookings are offered on a 1st option basis initially. No booking is confirmed until a contract is signed by both parties and a deposit is paid. All correspondence is subject to contract until binding contracts are concluded, and the venue accepts no responsibility for costs incurred before confirmation.
