Our large, open-plan main bar space is an ideal location a product launch, pop-up restaurant, pop-up shop, workshop etc.
As the space is nice and open there's lots of flexibility to set the space up to suit your needs.
The bar comes with it's own private entrance & terrace. We have a fully stocked bar and operational kitchen. You can use our partner caterer to cater your event or do a full kitchen take-over.
With room for up to 120 seated or 200 standing as well as flexibility on timings for the hire.

The Pop-up space costs £2,420 + VAT total, which includes a £2,200 + VAT package plus £220 + VAT hire fee. The package includes welcome beer/prosecco reception (1 per person), £1,000 open bar tab, BBQ & grill or hot station menu, salads & sides, DJ for any 4-hour period (internal floors only), free cloakroom, dedicated event manager, security & service staff, and a welcome host/hostess.
What are the capacity limits for the Pop-up space?
The Pop-up space can accommodate up to 120 seated or 200 standing guests. The space includes both indoor areas and a private terrace, providing flexibility for different event layouts and guest numbers.
Can I bring my own DJ or use the venue's equipment?
You can bring your own DJ and use the venue's DJ equipment for free, but a £300 card authentication is required as security for potential damage, loss or theft. Alternatively, the venue can source a DJ for £50 per hour or £150 for a 3-hour period, which must be paid in advance.
What are the food and catering options available?
The standard package includes BBQ & grill or hot station menu with salads and sides. You can use the venue's partner caterer or arrange a full kitchen takeover with your own catering. The venue has a fully operational kitchen and can accommodate various dietary requirements.
What deposit is required and are there any minimum spend requirements?
For private hire events, a £400 deposit is required with a minimum of 50 guests. 50% of the deposit (£200) is refundable after your event if your bar spend exceeds £2,500 on the night - if not, the full deposit is kept as a room hire fee.
What are the standard hire times and can they be flexible?
The venue offers flexibility on timings for hire, with events typically running from 7pm-2am on Saturdays for exclusive hire. The space can accommodate various timing requirements depending on your event needs and availability.
What additional services can be arranged and at what cost?
Additional bar staff can be hired for £150 for 5 hours (9pm to close). Pre-orders for food and drinks must be submitted and paid for by specified deadlines. You can also top up the included £1,000 bar tab if needed for larger events.
What facilities and features are included in the Pop-up space?
The space includes bi-folding glass doors opening to a private terrace, built-in screen & projector, PA system, DJ equipment, photobooth, private entrance, wheelchair lift access, and cloakroom facilities. The venue also provides security and service staff as part of the package.
Are there any age restrictions or entry requirements?
The venue does not accept birthday parties for guests under 21 years old. All guests must bring valid physical ID which will be scanned upon entry - this is a mandatory condition with no exceptions. Guests arriving after 10:30pm will be charged on the door.
What are the booking and payment procedures?
To secure a booking, you need to provide contact details, guest numbers, age of birthday celebrant (if applicable), and event nature. Payment links are sent for deposits and additional services. All pre-orders must be completed by specified deadlines, and card authentication is required for equipment hire.
