Fenchurch Terrace is a secluded and elegant space, offering peaceful exclusivity. This terrace adjacent to the sophisticated Fenchurch Restaurant, is perfect for drinks receptions, accompanied by unspoilt views from the top of Sky Garden.

Fenchurch Terrace is available to hire for morning yoga events from 6am-9am for up to 30 guests, or for evening reception events from 6pm- 11pm including set up and de-rig. For reception events the space can accommodate up to 100 guests.




Frequently asked questions

City Garden Bar (36th floor) costs £15,000 + VAT venue hire with a £12,000 + VAT minimum catering spend for 60+ guests. Full venue exclusive hire is £29,500 + VAT with £30,000 + VAT minimum catering spend for 140+ guests, or £47,500 + VAT with £35,000 + VAT minimum spend for wedding receptions. All events are charged for minimum 60 guests even if fewer attend.

Evening events typically run 6pm-11pm with setup from 6pm. For breakfast events, venue access is from 6am with earliest guest arrival at 9am, ending by 2pm. Full exclusive hire events can access the venue from 6am-6am (24 hours) including setup and breakdown time.

City Garden Bar accommodates up to 130 guests for standing receptions or 60 guests seated. Full venue exclusive hire supports minimum 300 guests standing or 100 guests seated, with maximum capacity around 140-150 for breakfast events. Fenchurch Terrace holds up to 100 guests for receptions.

Sky Garden is limited to 26 full or half-day venue closures per year, and this limit is often reached. Events crossing into ticketed tourist hours (10am-6pm weekdays, 11am-9pm weekends) require full exclusive hire with minimum 300 standing or 100 seated guests. Some dates may only be available on 2nd option hold.

Three-course packages start from £195-200 + VAT per person including 3 canapés, 3-course dinner, prosecco, half bottle house wine, beer, soft drink, and water. Platinum packages at £163 + VAT include 6 canapés, 3 bowls, champagne, wine, beer, soft drink, and water. Outside catering is not permitted.

Dates can be held on 2nd option, but cannot be moved to 1st option (confirmed) until 8 weeks before the event date. Some popular dates may only be available as 2nd option holds initially, meaning the booking is not guaranteed until closer to the event.

The venue can provide 75-inch TV screens for presentations. Large LED screen installations (like 3m x 5m) may not be feasible due to space constraints and limited setup time. DJ setups and sound systems are available, with City Garden events taking priority over other areas for music and entertainment.

Setup time is typically limited to 2 hours (6pm-8pm for evening events). This may not accommodate large production requirements like extensive LED screen installations. For events requiring significant setup, full venue closure may be necessary, but this is subject to the annual 26-closure limit.

No, Sky Garden does not hold a license for wedding ceremonies. Ceremonies must be held at other London locations, but Sky Garden can host wedding receptions with full venue exclusive hire at £47,500 + VAT plus £35,000 + VAT minimum catering spend.
