Whether it's networking, exhibiting or fundraising, we've done it all before, and we're here to help you take your events, old and new, to another level.

State-of-the-art AV is on offer, with a flexible, fully accessible, 1700 sq ft hall in the first floor ready to host your events. 180 chairs and a variety of tables free of charge.

But, before you head up, there's the Cafe area to welcome your guests in style, with a light, modern and stylish aesthetic designed for the variety of events that take place. They include community services that your booking will help support.

Frequently asked questions

The Conference & Events package costs £445 per hour and includes the Upper Room (200 theatre capacity), standard AV equipment with 1 dedicated technician, and 2 staff members to facilitate your event. A £150 post-event cleaning charge applies to all bookings.

All quotes must include setup and pack down time in your total hours. The standard requirement is 60 minutes for setup and 30 minutes for pack down, though you can reduce setup to a minimum of 30 minutes. Any overtime beyond your booked hours will result in security surcharge penalties.

King's House is only available for hire Thursday through Saturday. The venue is not available for bookings on Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, or Wednesday.

Standard AV includes a 150-inch projector, two wall-mounted 65-inch TVs, full PA system, microphones, and HD live streaming capabilities for hybrid events. The venue is fully equipped with bespoke lighting and comes with a dedicated technician included in your booking.

The Upper Room can accommodate 200 people in theatre style seating within a 1700 sq ft space. The venue provides 180 chairs and a variety of tables free of charge, and the space is fully accessible.

King's House is a completely nut-free venue, so all catering must comply with this restriction. The venue operates as dry-hire but offers unlimited tea and coffee service at £2 per person, and they can connect you with recommended external caterers for full catering needs.

Full payment is typically due by the standard deadline, but King's House can offer flexible payment plans such as a partial deposit followed by the remaining balance plus refundable security surcharge within two weeks. Payment processing requires completion of their supplier registration form.

The ground floor cafe space is available for guest welcome, networking, and catering setup with a modern, stylish aesthetic. The building also houses community activities and charities, and each booking directly supports these local organizations.

All presentation slides, logos, and AV files must be submitted by midday the day before your event via WeTransfer to their designated email address. The venue can display logos on screens and requires detailed technical requirements to be specified in advance through their event schedule documentation.

External caterers and vendors are permitted but must comply with the nut-free policy. Items can be delivered the day before your event, and the venue has kitchen access available. All vendor arrangements and delivery schedules must be coordinated with the venue team in advance.

King's House is a beautiful former billiard hall in the heart of King's Cross. Our newly-refurbished first-floor events space contains a 200-seat flexible auditorium, with kitchen, full PA/AV, and is fully equipped for HD live streaming and hybrid events.

The ground floor of the building provides a cafe space and a home for community activities and charities aid people in the local area. Each booking made with King's House directly supports these organisations.
