What are the minimum booking requirements and setup time restrictions?

All quotes must include setup and pack down time in your total hours. The standard requirement is 60 minutes for setup and 30 minutes for pack down, though you can reduce setup to a minimum of 30 minutes. Any overtime beyond your booked hours will result in security surcharge penalties.

Which days is King's House available for hire?

King's House is only available for hire Thursday through Saturday. The venue is not available for bookings on Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, or Wednesday.

What AV equipment is included and what are the technical capabilities?

Standard AV includes a 150-inch projector, two wall-mounted 65-inch TVs, full PA system, microphones, and HD live streaming capabilities for hybrid events. The venue is fully equipped with bespoke lighting and comes with a dedicated technician included in your booking.

The Upper Room can accommodate 200 people in theatre style seating within a 1700 sq ft space. The venue provides 180 chairs and a variety of tables free of charge, and the space is fully accessible.

Full payment is typically due by the standard deadline, but King's House can offer flexible payment plans such as a partial deposit followed by the remaining balance plus refundable security surcharge within two weeks. Payment processing requires completion of their supplier registration form.

All presentation slides, logos, and AV files must be submitted by midday the day before your event via WeTransfer to their designated email address.
