What additional mandatory costs should I budget for beyond the hourly rate?

You must budget for a £150 post-event cleaning charge and a refundable security surcharge. Unlimited tea and coffee service is available for £2 per person. All quotes require full payment by a specified deadline, typically with options for deposit plus final payment or full payment upfront.

What are the venue's availability restrictions and operating days?

King's House is only available for hire Thursday through Saturday. The venue operates as a nut-free facility, so all catering and external food must comply with this restriction.

You must complete a detailed schedule and Hire Handbook by midday the Tuesday before your event. What is the payment timeline and invoicing process?

Can I receive deliveries at the venue before my event?

Yes, the venue can accept deliveries before your event. Items should be sent to arrive the day before your event, and you should coordinate delivery timing with the venue management team in advance.

What support staff and services are included during my event?

The standard package includes 2 venue staff members to facilitate your event plus 1 dedicated AV technician. The team can assist with setup, manage technical requirements during presentations, and provide general event support throughout your booking.
