City Garden venue hire is £15,000 + VAT with a minimum catering spend of £12,000-£14,400 + VAT depending on the event. For full venue exclusive hire, costs are £29,500 + VAT venue hire with £30,000 + VAT minimum catering spend for 140+ guests, or £47,500 + VAT venue hire with £35,000 + VAT minimum catering spend for larger events.

City Garden accommodates up to 300 guests standing or 150 seated. There is a minimum guest requirement of 60 people - if fewer than 60 attend, you will still be charged for 60 guests. For full venue exclusive hire, minimum capacity is 300 guests standing or 100 guests seated.

City Garden is available Monday-Friday from 6pm-midnight including setup and de-rig time. Venue access begins at 6pm for setup, with earliest guest arrival at 6:30pm depending on production requirements. All guests must exit by midnight to allow time for venue reset before evening restaurant service.

Sky Garden operates as a ticketed tourist attraction 10am-6pm weekdays and 11am-9pm weekends. Events crossing into these hours require full exclusive venue hire for minimum 300 standing or 100 seated guests. Sky Garden can only close for private events 26 times per year maximum, and this limit has been reached for some periods.

Catering packages start from £195-£200 + VAT per person and typically include 3 canapés, 3-course dinner, 1 glass of prosecco/champagne, 1/2 bottle house wine, 1 beer, 1 soft drink, and 1 water.
