This includes meeting room hire from 09:00-17:30, early access from 07:00-08:00, unlimited tea/coffee/refreshments with healthy options, 3-course hot buffet lunch, LCD projector and screen, flipchart, stationery and pens, high-speed internet for all delegates, and a dedicated meeting host for the day.

The Galleon Suite can accommodate up to 500 delegates in theatre style or 280 in cabaret style depending on the specific room configuration (Galleon Suite AB holds 280 cabaret, while the full suite holds 500). Breakout rooms like Galleon A can seat up to 100 theatre-style. The venue also offers syndicate room hire at £1,200 per day (£1,000 excluding VAT).

Space is typically held on a provisional basis with specific decision dates provided in quotes. For example, bookings may be held until a specified date (such as 23 June 2025 for a December event), after which the space is automatically released for general sales if not confirmed. You must confirm within the stipulated timeframe or risk losing your booking.

Standard package includes LCD projector (HDMI compatible laptop required), screen, flipchart, and basic built-in AV system. For larger events, 1x Large Multimedia with Screen is provided. The venue can accommodate professional AV setups including staging, lighting, multiple microphones, and confidence monitors, though specific technical requirements should be discussed during booking.

Standard meeting room hire runs from 09:00-17:30, with early access typically available from 07:00-08:00 on the day of the event.
