The centre includes 42 individual rooms for unique exhibits, two reception areas, two briefing rooms that can host up to 45 delegates each, along with spacious breakout areas. Located in the west wing, the centre can seamlessly integrate with the venue's additional event spaces, providing a comprehensive solution for larger exhibitions and pop-ups.

The Arts space requires a minimum spend of £10,500 + VAT to accommodate expected guest numbers. For events with tight budgets, the venue will ask if your budget is flexible to meet this minimum requirement. Additional costs include mandatory AV technicians at £525-£630 per day and potential room hire fees depending on your package selection.

For events within one week, you must provide a signed contract by 12:00 the day before to allow sufficient planning time. Full payment is required prior to the event for short-notice bookings. The venue operates on option systems (first option, second option, joint first option) and will release bookings if no response is received within their specified timeframe.

The Arts space includes CCTV with video/audio capture, ceiling-mounted IP dome cameras, individual circuit-linked timers, phone/internet connections, single ceiling-mounted microphones, and a control suite with full visual/audio access to all 42 rooms. One AV technician is mandatory at £525-£630 per day, with two technicians required for larger setups at £1,000-£1,200 per day.

The venue operates day periods (8:00-17:00) and evening periods (18:00-23:00), with cross-period bookings (involving both periods) incurring higher costs. The 17:00-18:00 slot is designated as turnaround time for operations teams. Events requiring setup outside these periods may incur additional charges.

The venue offers Day Delegate Rates (DDR) starting from £85-£106.80 per person including room hire, refreshments, and meals. External suppliers can be contracted directly by clients, but if arranged through the venue, a 20% service charge applies. The venue prefers its own catering for simplicity and quality control.

Each of the 42 individual rooms has ceiling-mounted microphones, CCTV capabilities, and individual timers, making it ideal for scenario-based learning, assessments, product demonstrations, and interactive exhibitions requiring monitoring or recording capabilities.

The venue operates on option systems where spaces can be held on first option, second option, or joint first option. If you don't respond to proposals within their timeframe, enquiries are automatically released. For urgent bookings, they may request feedback by specific deadlines (such as 13:00 on a given day) to maintain availability.

Additional services include DJ hire through Spiral Entertainment (with 20% service charge if booked through venue), stage hire with black carpet and skirting (£475 + VAT), perspex lectern with integrated monitor (£165 + VAT), and cloakroom attendants.
