Minimum spend requirements vary by space: Art Gallery requires £2,000-£7,000 minimum food and beverage spend (excluding VAT and 12.5% service charge), Creative Rooms require £5,000-£10,000 minimum spend, and the Auditorium with Gallery combination requires £8,000 minimum spend including VAT. Some quotes show room hire fees ranging from £2,000-£10,000 plus VAT in addition to minimum spends.

The Art Gallery accommodates up to 120 people for standing receptions, Creative Rooms can host up to 150 people in theatre style or 60 people in cabaret style, and the 24th floor Creative Rooms combined can accommodate up to 300 guests. The Auditorium is described as a 60-seat cinema-style presentation room.

Evening events typically run from 6:00 PM to midnight or 1:00 AM, with 60-90 minutes included before and after for setup and breakdown. Day events generally operate from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM or 5:00 PM, with DDR packages including setup time. Access for setup is usually provided 90 minutes before the event start time.

A deposit of 50% of the minimum spend is required to confirm your event booking. The remaining balance is charged 30 days prior to your event date. Food and beverage pre-orders must be submitted 14 days prior to your booking date.

Standard AV includes video-conferencing facilities with screens in each Creative Room, PA speakers with 2 wired microphones, Wi-Fi throughout meeting spaces and public areas, and basic presentation equipment. The Art Gallery has projector usage available for £576 including VAT, and the Gallery features floor-to-ceiling LED displays available for £105 including VAT per hour (4-hour minimum).

Day Delegate Rate (DDR) packages are £115-£139 including VAT per person and include unlimited tea/coffee, 3 servings of pastries/cakes/cookies, infused water, working lunch buffet, and basic stationery. Evening events offer canapés and mini bowls with tray service (no buffet style for evening service). All food and beverage is subject to 12.5% service charge.

The venue has restrictions on music and event timings that prevent accommodation of certain events like DJ events running until 2:00 AM. Events requiring external alcohol sales are not permitted. The venue cannot accommodate boiler room style DJ events or events with significant music requirements due to these restrictions.

Creative Rooms can be configured in theatre style (up to 150 people), cabaret style (up to 60 people), or standing reception format. The Art Gallery is suitable for standing receptions up to 120 people. Rooms can be hired individually or in combination, with the 24th floor Creative Rooms able to open out completely for larger events up to 300 guests.

Additional services include flipcharts (quoted on request), live entertainment (quoted on request with specific timing requirements), accommodation (quoted on request), and LED display customization in the Gallery. The venue provides basic stationery (notepads and pencils) as standard with DDR packages.

Events are not automatically held without confirmation - you must specifically request a hold on your preferred dates. The venue experiences high demand during festive periods and may require same-day confirmation for certain dates. Some quotes indicate confirmation requirements by end of day for immediate booking needs.
