Room hire costs vary by event type and duration, typically ranging from £1,300-£3,200 plus VAT depending on the space configuration. All bookings require a minimum catering spend, which ranges from £1,500-£6,000 plus VAT depending on guest numbers and event format. The venue does not offer dry hire - catering must be provided by Six Park Place's in-house team.

The Business space can accommodate up to 26 guests for boardroom meetings, or up to 60 guests standing for receptions. For seated dining events, capacity is typically around 40-50 guests depending on table configuration and space for additional elements like dance floors or staging areas.

Client access typically begins from 08:00-14:00 depending on the event, with full vacation required by 17:00-23:00. Setup times vary by event complexity, with corporate meetings allowing morning access and evening events often starting from afternoon setup. Three-hour minimum hire periods generally apply.

A signed contract and deposit of 100% of the room hire and minimum catering spend (or 100% of package price based on minimum numbers) is required within one week of confirmation. Written confirmation must include contact details for contracts and invoicing plus relevant billing address.

A discretionary 12.5% service charge is added to all food and beverage invoices (you can opt out by informing the team before final invoicing). Piano hire costs £200 plus VAT plus tuning, and entertainment like pianists start from £250-£300 depending on performance style.

The Business space includes basic AV setup with screen, projector, sound system, microphone, and lectern. Additional facilities include manned cloakroom, registration desk, air conditioning, and dedicated events team support. More complex AV requirements may incur additional costs.

Day Delegate packages range from £85-£193 plus VAT per person (minimum 80-100 guests) including arrival refreshments, breaks, lunch, room hire and AV. Dinner packages start from £137-£140 plus VAT per person (minimum 60-70 guests) including reception drinks, three-course meal, wine, and room hire from 18:00-23:00.

All suppliers and entertainers must be approved in advance by the Events Team. Music must be in keeping with the clubhouse environment - classical, jazz, or acoustic background music only. No amplified music is permitted, and entertainment arrangements must align with the venue's heritage setting and member club atmosphere.

Bookings require advance planning as popular dates fill quickly, particularly for corporate events and private dining. The venue operates as part of the Royal Over-Seas League members' club, so availability may be limited during member events. Early booking is recommended, especially for events requiring specific date requirements.
