Dry hire packages start from £10,000.00 inclusive of VAT. For smaller business meetings, room hire rates are significantly reduced - for example, the Dorset Suite (60 delegates classroom style) is offered at £2,200.00 VAT exempt (reduced from £4,429.00), and the Cambridge Suite (24 delegates boardroom style) at £530.00 VAT exempt (reduced from £1,390.00). All room hire includes meeting room hire, pads & pencils, comprehensive Wi-Fi, and chilled conference mineral water.

The Day Delegate Rate ranges from £55.00 to £87.00 per person inclusive of VAT (reduced from up to £189.00). The package includes room hire 09:00-17:00, air-conditioned room with daylight, superfast Wi-Fi, water throughout the day, pastries & smoothies on arrival, yogurt & granola pots, energizing lunch, free-flowing tea/coffee & refreshments, flipchart, and 3000 lumen LCD projector & screen (8"x6"). Upgrade to bigger screen available at additional charge.

The Dorset Suite accommodates up to 60 delegates in classroom style, the Cambridge Suite up to 24 in boardroom style, and Boardroom 2 up to 13 in boardroom style. The Cornwall Suite can accommodate up to 200 cabaret style or 250 theatre style, while the Grand Hall holds up to 400 cabaret style or 650 theatre style. All rooms have natural daylight, disabled access, and are located on various floors throughout the venue.

Syndicate/breakout rooms cost £650.00-£680.00 VAT exempt per room. Tea, coffee and refreshments are £3.95 per person per serving, or unlimited half-day refreshments at £5.75 per person inclusive of VAT. LCD projector & screen starts from £195.00 inclusive of VAT. Additional catering options include energizing lunch at £20.95 per person, sandwich lunch at £12.95 per person, and Danish pastries at £4.00 per person, all inclusive of VAT.

Standard room hire is typically 09:00-17:00, with all spaces required to be vacated by 17:00 or additional de-rig charges apply. Setup from 06:00-09:00 is available complimentary for larger events. For events extending beyond standard hours, additional charges will apply. The venue can accommodate various timing requirements but advance notice is essential for scheduling.

Basic package includes 1 flipchart and 3000 lumen LCD projector & screen (8"x6"). Upgrades to bigger screens are recommended and available at additional charges. The venue has in-house AV professionals available, and additional AV equipment can be quoted upon request. For complex setups requiring multiple screens, microphones, or specialized equipment, costs will be quoted separately based on specific requirements.

The venue offers joint 1st option holds for events while clients make decisions. Provisional space holdings are released if no updates are received within a reasonable timeframe. For confirmed bookings, decisions must be made by specified deadlines (typically 1 week before the event). Payment terms require settlement no later than 1 month prior to the event for certain services like security.

All meeting rooms include comprehensive Wi-Fi throughout the site, pads & pencils, and chilled conference mineral water. The venue provides access to printing facilities and back-of-house space for photocopying when required. Cloakroom facilities are available, and the venue offers dedicated event management support. Day Delegate Rates typically require minimum guaranteed numbers of 10 participants, with pricing based on confirmed attendance. For dry hire events, minimum spends may apply depending on the space and timing.
