Payment is required in two installments: 50% due upon signing the contract and the remaining 50% due 30 days before your event. All catering for food and beverages must be pre-ordered and settled before the event as this covers all staffing costs as well.
Can I bring my own caterer or must I use the in-house catering team?
The venue prefers all catering to be provided by their in-house team, Blue Strawberry. If you want to bring an outside caterer, there is a £3,000 kitchen buyout fee, which may not be cost-effective for smaller events.
Is the Dining Room accessible for guests with mobility requirements?
Yes, the Dining Room has step-free access via a lift that takes you directly from street level to the Dining Room. There are also accessible toilets available for guests who need them.
Will there be security provided for my event?
Yes, security will be provided on the night of your event. The venue team will also provide signage and can check people in when they enter to help direct guests to your specific event space.
Can multiple events run simultaneously at the venue?
Yes, the venue can host multiple events at the same time. For example, while you're in the Dining Room, there may be other events in spaces like the Great Room and Bar, potentially with 200+ guests from 6pm to 11:30pm. The Dining Room is positioned away from other spaces to minimize noise interference.

The in-house catering team Blue Strawberry can provide various options including welcome drinks with canapes, food stations for more substantial options, and beverages throughout your event. They can accommodate requests for water, tea, coffee, and both alcoholic and non-alcoholic options, with custom pricing available for smaller events.

Once you confirm your booking, the venue will draw up a contract that breaks down all costs. You'll need to provide your email address and company details, and the venue team will coordinate with Blue Strawberry catering team to handle your food and beverage requirements.
