Option 2 is room hire only at £4,000.00 plus VAT with coffee breaks charged separately at £6.00 per person plus VAT per break.
What are the capacity limits for the different meeting spaces?
City Suite 1 accommodates up to 150 people in cabaret style, while City Suite 2 can hold up to 96 delegates in cabaret layout. City Suite 2-3 combined can accommodate up to 96 delegates in cabaret with access to an outside terrace. Park Suite 3 is a smaller boardroom space holding a maximum of 12 delegates.
Are outside caterers permitted at the venue?
No, outside caterers are not allowed at Park Plaza London Riverbank. All catering must be provided by the venue's in-house catering team.
What are the additional costs for AV equipment beyond the standard package?
The Day Delegate Rate includes an inbuilt projector and screen, but if a free-standing projector and screen are required due to room layout changes or increased numbers, additional costs will apply. For smaller meeting rooms like Park Suite 3, an integrated projector and screen with HDMI connection costs £140.00 plus VAT per day.

Events in the Executive Lounge require dedicated security presence: 2 security officers for up to 100 guests, and 3 officers for 101+ guests. Security costs approximately £35.00 plus VAT per hour per officer, with an estimated cost of £420.00 plus VAT for 2 officers for 6 hours.
What are the music and noise restrictions for evening events?
Music up to 80db is permitted until 23:00 hours, after which only background music can be played until midnight. These restrictions apply particularly to events in spaces like the River View Lounge.
What catering options are available for drinks receptions and what are the costs?
One-hour unlimited drinks packages (house wine, beers, and soft drinks) cost £20.00-£22.00 per person plus VAT. Canapés are available in 5-item packages at £20.00 per person plus VAT or 8-item packages at £28.00 per person plus VAT. Bowl food options range from £35.00 per person (5 items) to £49.00 per person (7 items) plus VAT.
How far in advance do bookings need to be confirmed and what are the hold periods?
For short lead events, decisions are typically required within days of the proposal. Joint first options are held for specific periods (example given was until 27th June 2025 for a July event). The venue releases space if no confirmation is received by the specified deadline.
