Are outside caterers permitted at the venue?
No, outside caterers are not allowed at Park Plaza London Riverbank. All catering must be provided by the venue's in-house catering team.

City Suite 1 accommodates up to 150 people in cabaret style, while City Suite 2-3 can hold up to 96 delegates in cabaret layout. The River View Lounge requires a minimum of 100 people and has a minimum food and beverage spend of £5,000 to waive the exclusive room hire fee.

Events in the Executive Lounge require dedicated security presence: 2 officers for up to 100 guests, 3 officers for 101+ guests. Security costs approximately £35 per hour plus VAT per officer, with an estimated total of £420 plus VAT for 2 officers working 6 hours.
What are the music and noise restrictions for evening events?
Music up to 80db is permitted until 11:00 PM, after which only background music can be played until midnight. Events in the River View Lounge can run until midnight with these restrictions in place.
What AV equipment is included and what costs extra?
