Frequently asked questions

Payment is required in two installments: 50% due upon signing the contract and the remaining 50% due 30 days before your event. All catering for food and beverages must be pre-ordered and settled before the event to cover staffing costs.

External catering requires a £3,000 kitchen buyout fee. The venue strongly prefers to use their in-house catering team, Blue Strawberry, for all food and beverage requirements. This policy applies to all events including drinks receptions and networking events.

Security is provided on-site for evening events. The venue team will brief security staff on guest directions and can provide signage to direct attendees to your specific space within the building.

Yes, there is lift access from street level that takes you directly to the venue spaces, along with accessible toilets. This ensures the space is accessible for guests with mobility requirements.

Yes, the venue can host multiple events concurrently in different spaces. For example, large events of 200+ guests may run in the Great Room and Bar while your event takes place in other areas, with proper signage and guest direction provided.

Events typically run until 9pm for smaller gatherings, though the venue can accommodate events running until 11:30pm depending on the space and event type. Specific timing restrictions may apply based on your chosen area within the building.

The venue requires a signed contract to secure your booking. Once you provide your email address and company details, they will draw up the contract breaking down all costs and get your event booked in the same day.

All catering is handled by the in-house team Blue Strawberry, who can provide welcome drinks, canapés, cocktails, and food stations. They offer custom quotes based on your specific requirements and guest count, with options for both arrival drinks and substantial food options throughout your event.

The venue can accommodate events with varying noise levels, and spaces like the Dining Room are positioned away from other areas to minimize noise interference. The venue team coordinates between simultaneous events to ensure minimal disruption.

The venue team provides briefings to ensure all staff are clear on guest directions and event requirements. They can arrange site visits to discuss specific details and accommodate custom setup needs for your drinks event or networking function.
