Frequently asked questions

The Chairmans Room (22 capacity) is priced at £200 per hour plus VAT. The Court of Quarter is priced at £125-£150 per hour plus VAT for a 3-hour booking. Meeting room bookings can be made through the Knotel app at app.knotel.com.

Meeting room bookings are made via the Knotel app at app.knotel.com where you can choose suitable day, time, and view availability of each room. For larger events requiring contracts, 50% payment is due on signing the contract and the final 50% is paid 30 days before the event.

All catering is provided by Blue Strawberry, the in-house catering team. They offer meeting room packages and can provide breakfast, lunch, tea, coffee, and other refreshments. All catering for food and beverages must be preordered and settled before the event as this covers all staffing costs.

External catering is discouraged and requires a £3,000 kitchen buyout fee. The venue prefers to have all catering provided by their in-house team, Blue Strawberry, making external catering cost-prohibitive for smaller events.

For 15-18 people, the Chairmans Room (22 capacity) is most suitable. For 10-12 people, the Court of Quarter is available. The venue can accommodate various meeting sizes with different room options accessible through their booking app.

Meeting rooms include microphone and sound system, projector screen, and dial-in facilities for remote participants. The venue can provide screens, projectors, and microphones for presentations and workshops.

The venue has lift access from street level that takes you directly to meeting spaces and accessible toilets. This ensures step-free access for attendees who require it.

Based on booking patterns, meetings typically run during business hours from around 9:00am to 5:00pm. Specific availability can be checked through the Knotel app when making your booking.

Bookings can be made through the app based on availability. For events requiring catering, coordination with Blue Strawberry should be arranged in advance, and all catering costs must be settled before the event.

The venue provides briefed team members who can direct guests and provide signage for events. Security services are available when needed, and the in-house catering team Blue Strawberry handles all food and beverage service including staffing.
