Minimum spend varies significantly based on guest count and event type. For smaller events (10-25 people), minimum spend ranges from £500-£1,500. Mid-size events (25-35 people) typically require £700-£5,000 minimum spend. For larger events approaching the 60-65 person capacity, minimum spend ranges from £3,500-£4,750. The minimum spend includes venue hire and covers food and beverages.

The venue capacity is stated as both 60 and 65 guests maximum across different communications. Most quotes reference 60 guests as the standard capacity, with one mention of accommodating up to 65 guests. The venue offers exclusive hire of the entire space for private events.

A mandatory clean-up fee of £150 applies to all bookings. A £500 deposit is required, which is either refundable on the day of the event or deducted from your final tab. These fees are in addition to the minimum spend requirement.

Guests can either pay individually for their drinks and cocktails throughout the event, or you can set up a tab system where all drinks are charged to a central account. The venue offers a bespoke cocktail menu and has a classic cocktail menu available online.

You can bring your own DJ or music equipment for events. Alternatively, you can create a Spotify playlist and the venue will play your music during the event. The venue is suitable for dancing and has hosted live performances previously.

The venue offers various in-house catering including pizza, spring rolls, and sushi boards. You can also arrange your own external catering, which the venue will accommodate. For some events, complimentary snacks are provided throughout the evening, and bespoke food menus can be created.

The venue can accommodate extended hours, with events able to run until 1:30 AM or 2:00 AM for special celebrations like birthdays. Standard licensing and timing arrangements can be discussed when booking, and late licenses are possible for certain events.

The venue accommodates both formats - it can be arranged for seated dining events or configured for standing/dancing events. The space has been used for various event types including birthday parties with dancing, corporate networking events, and seated dinner parties.

Monitors can be provided for corporate events and presentations. The venue has experience with filming and has been featured in television productions including Made in Chelsea and Filthy Rich. Specific AV requirements should be discussed when booking.
