The Dining space can accommodate up to 140 guests for seated dining events, with 140 Tom Dixon conference chairs available. The space features flexible dividing walls that allow for customization of the layout to suit different group sizes and dining configurations.

Based on available pricing information, venue hire ranges from £35,000-£47,000 per day depending on the specific configuration and requirements. There is typically a minimum food and beverage spend requirement of £15,000-£18,000, and a refundable damage deposit of £10,000 is required 30 days before the event.

All catering is provided exclusively by Rhubarb Hospitality Collection, the venue's in-house catering team. They offer bespoke menus including 3-course seated meals with wine packages, canapé receptions, and various dining formats from intimate dinners to large celebrations, all crafted to suit your specific event requirements.

The venue hire includes extensive AV infrastructure provided by PIXL Evolution, 2 AV technicians for up to 8 hours per day, fully integrated AV solutions, and LED screens. The space is equipped with next-generation AV technology supported by dedicated sound engineers, video and lighting technicians for a personalized technical experience.

The venue hire includes a dedicated venue manager, head of security for up to 17 hours per live day, and venue supervisors. Additional service staff for catering are included with meal packages, along with pre-tenancy and post-event cleaning services.

The venue currently has limited availability, with next available dates from mid-April 2025 onwards. February and March 2025 are unavailable, and there is significant interest in popular dates like October 2025, so early booking is essential for securing preferred dates.

The venue includes cloakroom facilities, a terrace with panoramic views of King's Cross, flexible dividing walls for space customization, and excellent transport links in the King's Cross cultural and technological hub. The building spans over 20,000 square metres with sophisticated interiors designed by Tom Dixon.

The venue operates with exclusive in-house partnerships - catering must be provided by Rhubarb Hospitality Collection and AV services by PIXL Evolution. External suppliers are not permitted, ensuring consistent quality and seamless coordination, but this means you cannot bring your own caterers or technical providers.

Payment is required 30 days before the event, including the £10,000 refundable damage deposit. The booking process involves initial enquiry, site visit arrangement, proposal review, and confirmation of dates, with the venue team providing dedicated support throughout the planning process.

Events typically require full-day hire with setup access from early morning (around 7:00-8:00am) and events running until late evening (up to 11:30pm-1:00am). The venue provides pre-tenancy setup time and post-event breakdown, with technical teams available for up to 8-17 hours depending on requirements.
